Post in the community if:

  • You need help troubleshooting an issue.
  • You are experiencing a bug in one of Lucid’s products.
  • You need help using Lucid to fit a specific need or use case.
  • You want to request a new feature.

Submit a ticket

Posting in the Lucid Community is the quickest and easiest option for most requests. Lucid managers and experts are always ready to help. However, there are a few specific cases where submitting a support ticket is necessary.
