Make yourself a facilitator

If you are leading a meeting, you can assign yourself as a facilitator in a Lucid document to gain access to additional features that will help you run your meeting. To assign yourself as the facilitator, follow these steps:

  1. Open a Lucid document for which you have Edit and Share permissions.
  2. Select collaboration-tools-icon.png the Collaboration Tools icon at the top-right of the document.
    • If you have active collaborators in the document, open this menu by clicking the arrow to the right of the collaborator icons in the top-right corner of the document.
  3. Select Make me a facilitator.

Note: If you want to stop facilitating, follow the first three steps listed above and then select Stop facilitating.

Change facilitators

To change facilitators, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the change-presenters-icon.png Change presenters icon in the presentation banner at the top-center of the document.
  2. Select the user you want to set as the new presenter.
  3. Click Change presenters.
