With Lucid Team and Enterprise accounts, you can collaborate easily with your colleagues and customize your security settings to best fit the needs of your company. Read this article to learn more about managing your account with the Lucid admin panel.

Access the admin panel

To get to the admin panel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Admin from the navigation menu at the bottom-left of the screen.

Feature Find

On the top-right corner of your Lucid admin panel, there is a header containing icons that link you to tools and additional resources.

Use Feature Find to search for settings and features within the admin panel. You can also click at the bottom of the results to search the Lucid Help center for more information.

Overview

Get a high-level view of your Lucid account from the Overview page. You can:

  • View or change the name of your account in the top-left corner
  • See the number of remaining licenses and Purchase more licenses
  • View total user count and Add more users
  • View total licensed user count and License a user
  • See the number of pending requests and Manage requests
  • Review the date of your next charge

Users

Select Users in the left-hand menu to add, delete, or remove users, manage groups, and edit user roles.

Groups

Select Groups in the left-hand menu to access the organization options for your Lucid account. If you are on a Team account, or an older Enterprise account that hasn’t yet migrated, refer to our Lucid admin panel: Groups article. If you are on the new organizational group experience for Enterprise accounts, check out our Lucid admin panel: Group management article for instructions on leveraging organizational groups, team hubs, and sharing groups.

App integration

We have many app integrations available to improve and facilitate productive collaboration. Select App integration in the left-hand menu to set up an integration.

Security

Select Security in the left-hand menu to manage all security settings for your account—including domain control, account-wide sharing restrictions, account authentication, activating and managing encryption keys via KMS, and user feature controls.

License settings

Select License settings in the left-hand menu to set preferences for when a user joins or requests to join, and even add a message you would like to include. This page is also where you can set notification preferences of license requests.

Billing

Select Billing in the left-hand menu to be redirected to the Plans & Billing page in your Account Settings. For more details, check out our Plan and billing overview article.

Note: You will only have access to the Plans & Billing page if you are the account owner or a billing admin. Check out the Lucid admin panel: Administrator roles for more information.

For Enterprise accounts, select Compliance in the left-hand menu to define custom attributes for documents and team folders for better organization and management. To learn more, check out our Compliance settings article.

Note: You will only have full access to the Compliance page if you are the account owner, document admin, or Shield admin. Account admins have limited access to the Compliance page. Check out the Lucid admin panel: Compliance settings article for a breakdown of which features are available depending on your admin role.

Add-ons

For Enterprise accounts, select Add-ons in the left-hand menu to view all of the strategic add-ons available for purchase. These consist of:

For Enterprise admin, select Usage data in the left-hand menu to access usage data reporting for your account. In the top-right corner of the Usage data page you can download the user data CSV and the Read report FAQs PDF. If you have any questions, contact support.

Note: If you have several Lucid products, you will need to select the tab for the relevant product before you will see the document download options in the top-right corner that are mentioned above.

If you are the account owner on a Team account and are interested in usage data reporting, contact our sales team to upgrade.
