FAQ

Can I resize the Lucidspark window on a Webex call?
Yes. You can expand or pop out boards within Lucidspark app for Webex to optimize the board to whatever size works best for your collaboration experience.

Is a Lucidspark license required to collaborate?
No. Individuals without a Lucidspark account can collaborate on a board you share with them, if you provide a shareable link with Guest Collaborator permissions.

If an individual that is invited to a board is already signed in to Lucidspark, they will be added as a collaborator on that board. Collaborators and their permissions can be managed on the board; for details on the sharing permission options, refer to our Share with collaborators in Lucid article.

Can I remove the tab for a Lucidspark board I added in messaging?
Yes. To delete the tab with the embedded board, log into Lucidspark. Then, click Share, select Manage in the Collaborators section, and then click X to remove the Webex collaborator.
