There are six admin roles associated with Lucid Team and Enterprise accounts: Account owner, account admin, billing admin, organizational group admin, template admin, and document admin. Organizational group admin, template admin, and document admin roles are available to Enterprise accounts only.
An account can have only one account owner, who has full control of the account. There is no limit to the amount of other admin roles that can be assigned. See the charts below for a breakdown of the capabilities involved with each role.
Types of admins
- The account owner has full control of the account.
- Account admins can make account-wide changes such as to account settings, user management, licenses, and integrations.
- Billing admins manage invoices and billing details and can increase the license count.
- Organizational group admins* manage user settings and licenses for their assigned Group.
- Template admins* manage your corporate templates.
- Document admins* can use document discovery to view, move, and change ownership of all documents owned by their team’s account.
- Shield admins* manage security and compliance features for the account. Details on this role can be found in the Enterprise Shield section.
*Organizational group admin, template admin, and document admin are roles available to Enterprise accounts only. The Shield admin role requires purchase of Enterprise Shield.
