Manage external application permissions

Follow these steps to view and manage external applications and websites that have access to your Lucidchart documents and Lucidspark boards:

  1. Click your profile image or initials in the upper-right corner of your Lucid account.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. On the Overview page, find the "Integrations" tile.
  4. View the tile for an overview or select See more in Apps & Integrations.

From this page in your account settings, you can view authorized websites, apps, and integrations. Choose either the "Lucidchart" or "Lucidspark" tabs at the top of the page to view integrations for a specific Lucid product, or choose "All products" to see everything.

You can revoke access at any time by clicking the three-dot icon next to the application name and selecting Disconnect application. If you've made changes while on this page, make sure to select Save changes in the upper-right corner.

If you need to restore access, re-authenticate your Lucid account in the integration’s setup process.
