Workspaces are the building blocks of your airfocus environment. They allow you to group your items, feedback, and roadmaps into distinct areas, ensuring that different teams or products have the specific tools and data they need to succeed.

Watch: Get started with Workspaces

Watch this video to learn everything about workspaces: what they are, how to create and manage them, and how to set them up according to your needs.

What is a workspace?

In airfocus, workspaces are the environments where you organize your work items. Groups are like folders that hold multiple related workspaces.

For example, you could create a group called “App Development” to keep all your software work in one easy-to-find spot. Inside that group, you might have a “New Features” workspace to plan cool updates, a “Bug Fixes” workspace to track things that need repairing, and a “User Feedback” workspace to list what customers are asking for.

Create and manage workspaces

Create a new group

  1. Click image.png the plus sign icon to the right of “Workspaces” in the navigation menu on the left side of airfocus.
  2. Select New group.
  3. Add a group name, set default team permissions, and add members to the group.
  4. Click Create group.

The group is now ready to have workspaces added to it.
