At Lucid, we’re focused on helping teams align quickly, build with clarity, and adapt confidently—and Lucid Accelerators are designed to do just that. These solution-oriented templates and guided experiences streamline critical workflows across cloud architecture and process management. In this article, we’ll introduce you to Lucid Accelerators and show you how they can drive faster, more efficient collaboration across your organization.
Lucid Accelerators are available to Enterprise customers for purchase. Contact sales for more information. Accelerators are also available for purchase for accounts on the FedRAMP environment.

Lucid Accelerators
Lucid offers a variety of custom-built tools through purchasable accelerators. Here is a brief summary of each accelerator and their value:
- Cloud Accelerator: Help your organization understand the current state and plan future changes to its cloud infrastructure.
- Process Accelerator: Standardize how documents are published and stored across your organization.
Accelerator managers
Accelerator managers are an assigned administrative role with permissions to configure and set up accelerators and the teams using them. Managers for each accelerator have different capabilities. See the lists below for details.
Cloud Accelerator managers
Cloud Accelerator managers can:
- Create and assign teams within the Cloud Accelerator using the team organizer.
- Create and share blueprints of tailored templates.
Current Lucid admin can assign or manage accelerator managers from the modal that is available from the Lucid admin panel and the accelerator homepage. See the sections below for instructions on each option.
Process Accelerator roles
Within the Process Accelerator, there are three roles: Process Accelerator manager, repository owner, and asset owner.
The Process Accelerator manager, like the manager roles for the other accelerators, can configure and set up the accelerator. To do so, they can:
- Create and manage repositories
- Assign repository owners
- Assign additional Process Accelerator managers
Repository owners are responsible for managing and maintaining the repository they own, which includes:
- Adding content to the repository
- Designating additional repository owners
- Approving new or updated content for publication in the repository
Asset owners are responsible for creating and maintaining the document or asset that own within a repository, which includes:
- Creating documents within a designated repository
- Approving changes made to the document
For a full breakdown of the differences between these roles, refer to our Process Accelerator overview article.
