FAQ

Why didn't I get a password reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If emails from Lucid aren’t getting delivered to your inbox, ask your company's IT team to allow emails from support@lucid.co. Additionally, ensure your network is set up properly to receive communications from Lucid.

If you still don’t receive the email after following these steps, contact support.

How do I set a password for the first time?
If you didn't set a password when you signed up for Lucid, you can set one here.

Can I log in using email and password if I set up my account using Google SSO?
If you initially set up your account using Google SSO, you can still set a unique password for your Lucid account here as long as your admin has enabled log in by email and password. If the account admin has disabled log in using email and password, you will not be able to use this method.

Why am I getting an error when I try to change my password?
You may not be using enough characters. Users logging in through lucid.app are required to set a password of at least 6 characters. Users in the FedRAMP environment are required to set a password of at least 16 characters.
