If you are an account owner or a billing admin, review this article to learn how to access your Lucid invoices and modify future invoices.

Access the Plans & Billing page

To navigate to your Plans & Billing page, follow these steps:

Log into your Lucid account.
Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Plans & Billing from the navigation menu on the left.

On this page, you will see your current Lucid plans and have the option to trial or buy any additional products you’re interested in. On the right-hand side of the page, you have access to the billing information for your account. From here, you can view or download past invoices, modify future invoices, and update your payment method.

Note: If you are on a Team or Enterprise account, you can only access and modify invoices if you are the account owner or a billing admin. For more information, refer to our Administrator roles article.

Access paid Lucid invoices

After an invoice has been paid and closed out, the account owner and billing admins can view and download it from the Plans & Billing page.
If your account has been approved for manual invoice billing and you have questions about your open balance or want a copy of your open invoice, contact ar@lucid.co for assistance. If an invoice is open and unpaid, it will not yet be accessible from this page.

View a paid invoice

To view a paid invoice, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Plans & Billing page.
Look for “Billing information”.
Under this section, you will find your billing history.
Click the three-dot menu next to the invoice you wish to preview.
Select Preview invoice.

This opens an invoice page in your Lucid Account Settings. From here, you can see the details for the invoice.

Download an invoice

To download a PDF of a paid invoice, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Plans & Billing page.
Look for “Billing information”.
Under this section, you will find your billing history.
Click the three-dot menu next to the desired invoice.
Select Download invoice.

A PDF version of the paid invoice with the full details will be downloaded to your local device.

Receive emails with invoice receipts

Account owners and billing admins on annual and monthly automatic subscriptions can manually opt in to receive emails containing the invoice receipt following their subscription renewal. Refer to this section for instructions on opting in to receive invoice receipts.

If you are on manual invoice payments, the account owner, billing admins, and other specifically requested email addresses will receive an email prior to each renewal date with the invoice. If you need another copy of an open invoice or help resolving an unpaid invoice, contact ar@lucid.co for assistance.

Modify future invoices

From the Plans & Billing page, the account owner and billing admins can modify your billing information to add your company name to invoices, opt in to receive invoice emails, or carbon copy (CC) additional email addresses to receive emails containing invoices following a subscription renewal.

Add company name

To modify your billing information to add your company name to future invoices, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Plans & Billing page.
Click the three-dot menu next to “Billing history”.
Select Edit invoice details.
Under "Invoice Settings", check the box next to "Include company name...".
Enter the company name in the corresponding text field.
Click Save changes.

Note: Any changes made will be applied to future invoices. If you need to edit your most recently posted invoice, contact Lucid Billing Support.

Opt in to invoice receipts

If you are the account owner or a billing admin, follow these steps to opt in for emails containing your invoice following a subscription renewal:

Navigate to the Plans & Billing page.
Click the three-dot menu next to “Billing history”.
Select Edit invoice details.
Navigate to the "Notification Settings" section.
Determine who receives invoice receipts for your account from the optional checkboxes provided.
- To have invoice receipts sent to the pre-provided admin types, check the associated box.
- To enter any additional email address(es), check the box next to "Other email address…" and add them to the text field. Separate email addresses using a comma; so for example, “invoice@companyname.com,billing@companyname.com”.
Click Save changes.

Note: To stop someone from receiving emails for future invoices, follow steps 1-4 above and then delete the email address that should no longer receive emails. Then, click Save changes.

Add customer tax number

Lucid assesses applicable tax rates relevant to business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) transactions for each country for which Lucid Software currently collects sales tax including GST, HST, PST, QST, and VAT.
