Submit a support request
To open a support ticket with an airfocus specialist, follow these steps:
- Log in to your airfocus account in a new tab.
- In the bottom-left of the page, select Help & resources.
- From the menu that appears, click Chat with support.
- In the window that opens to the right of the page, select Send us a message.
- Type your message in the text box.
- When you’re ready, click
the send icon.
Your support request is now submitted. You can expect to hear back from our team within a few business hours.
Search the help center or post in the community to find answers and information in the meantime.
Tip: If you can't log in to your airfocus account, click the message icon in the lower-right corner of the airfocus login page to open a chat with support.
