Note: If you use a SCIM connection to auto-assign licenses to users and have auto-upgrade enabled, licenses will automatically be added to your Lucid account. If you are configuring SCIM, you will need to enable auto-upgrade in order to generate a bearer token. You will then want to turn off auto-upgrade to prevent unwanted licensing during the configuration process.
FAQ
What can I expect when I enable auto-upgrade on my account?
When your account goes over its maximum amount of allocated licenses, Lucidchart and Lucidspark will automatically upgrade the account to the next level. For example, if you are currently on a Lucidchart Team 3, your account will upgrade to a Lucidchart Team 5 when you add a 4th user. If you are currently on a Lucidchart Team 5, your account will upgrade to a Lucidchart Team 10 when you add a 6th user. After that, each additional upgrade will add 10 licenses to the account. Changes may take up to 30 minutes to be displayed on your account after auto-upgrading.
Who can enable and manage auto-upgrade?
