Access Lucid documents in airfocus
You have two options to access Lucid documents in airfocus:

Workspace-level: Add a Lucid document to your airfocus workspace for instant access as a resource.
- For example, integrate a strategic vision board from Lucidspark outlining key goals and objectives, enabling stakeholders to easily reference it directly from airfocus.

Item-level: Embed a Lucid document into a new or existing airfocus item to provide additional context and insights.
- For example, embed a process flow from Lucidchart into an existing airfocus item that details your team’s various customer support processes to give stakeholders a clear visual representation of the complex workflow.

Add a Lucid document as a view in an airfocus workspace
To add a Lucid document to an airfocus workspace, follow these steps:
- Open a workspace in airfocus.
- Select All views from the navigation menu at the top of the workspace.
- Click the plus sign in the top-right corner of the panel that appears.
- Select Lucid from the “Embed” section.
- Click Continue.
- Add a name and description for the new view.
- Click Select from Lucid.
- You may be prompted to log in to Lucid after this step.
- Select an existing Lucid document or click + New to create a new one.
- Click Continue.
- Determine what share settings you want airfocus users to have for the Lucid document.
- Click Insert.
- Click Add view.
You can now view and edit the Lucid document directly from airfocus.
Delete a Lucid document from your views
To delete a Lucid document you’ve added as a view to an airfocus workspace, follow these steps:
- Open the view you want to delete.
- Select the dropdown arrow to the view's name in the top navigation.
- In the dropdown, hover your cursor over the name of the view.
- Click
the three-dot menu to the right of the view's name.
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete view to confirm you want to permanently deleter the view.
Embed a Lucid document into an airfocus item
To embed a Lucid document into an existing airfocus item in your workspace, follow these steps:
- Open an item in airfocus.
- In the description text-entry box, type “/lucid”.
- In Lucid, copy the URL of the document you want to embed in the airfocus item.
- Update sharing permissions for the Lucid document to determine who can view or edit the embedded document from airfocus.
- Paste the URL in airfocus.
- Click Save.
- Once the embedded document appears in the text editor, click Save.
You can now access the Lucid document from the airfocus item.
Convert an embedded Lucid document into a hyperlink
To revert a Lucid document you’ve embedded in an airfocus item back into a hyperlink, follow these steps:
- Open the text editor for an airfocus item that contains an embedded Lucid document.
- Hover your cursor over the embedded Lucid document.
- Click
the six-dot menu icon to the left of the embedded document.
- Select Turn into link.
Delete an embedded Lucid document
To delete a Lucid document you’ve embedded in an airfocus item, follow these steps:
- Open the text editor for an airfocus item that contains an embedded Lucid document.
- Hover your cursor over the embedded Lucid document.
- Click
the six-dot menu icon to the left of the embedded document.
- Select Delete.
