Integrate Lucid Cards with Asana

Install the Lucid Cards for Asana integration

To install the Asana integration:

1. Go to the Lucid Integration Marketplace.
2. Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
3. Search “Asana”.
4. Click Start.
5. Click Install in the window that appears.

Link Lucidspark with Asana

To authenticate Lucidspark into Asana, follow these steps:

1. Click the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
2. Select the Asana icon from the menu that appears.
3. Click Import Asana tasks.
4. Click Authorize in the screen that appears.
5. Enter your Asana credentials and click Continue.
6. Click Allow to grant Lucid access to your Asana account.

Import tasks as Lucid Cards

To import Asana tasks into Lucidspark as Lucid Cards, follow these steps:

1. Click the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
2. Select the Asana icon from the menu that appears.
3. Click Import Asana tasks.
4. Use the search bar and filter dropdowns to narrow your search results and click Search.
5. Check the box next to any tasks you want to import into Lucidspark.
6. Click Import # issues button at the right-bottom corner.

Edit Lucid Card details

To edit the information that appears on Lucid Cards, follow these steps:

1. Select one or more Lucid Cards.
2. Click the Edit details icon.
3. Edit the details of the Lucid Cards as needed.

To add or remove fields from the Card details panel, follow these steps:

1. Select one or more Lucid Cards.
2. Click the Edit details icon in the toolbar that appears.
3. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the panel.
4. Check the box next to any fields you want to include in your Card details.
5. Click Save.

FAQ

Are cards bi-directionally synced?
Yes. Changes made in Lucidspark will be reflected in Asana and vice versa.

Is this integration available in multiple languages?
No. The Lucid Cards for Asana integration is currently available in English only.
