Easily visualize and collaborate on Airtable projects and tasks in Lucidspark with the Lucid Cards for Airtable integration. Read this article to learn how to install, link, and import Airtable records as Lucid Cards.

Install the Airtable integration
To install the Airtable integration:
- Go to the Lucid Integration Marketplace.
- Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
- Search “Airtable”.
- Click Start.
- Click Install in the window that appears.
Link Lucidspark with Airtable
To authenticate Lucidspark in Airtable, follow these steps:
- Click
the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
- Select
the Airtable icon from the menu that appears.
- Click Import Airtable rows.
- In the window that appears, click Authorize.
- Log in to Airtable.
- Click + Add a base to add a workspace.
- Click Grant access.
Tip: Drag the Airtable icon from the “More tools” menu into the Primary Toolbar to pin it to the main portion of the toolbar.
Import records as Lucid Cards
To import Airtable records into Lucidspark as Lucid Cards, follow these steps:
- Click
the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
- Select
the Airtable icon from the menu that appears.
- Click Import Airtable rows.
- Use the search bar and filter dropdowns to narrow your search results.
- Click Search.
- Check the box next to any records you want to import into Lucidspark.
- Click Import # issues at the right-bottom corner.
FAQ
Will my cards update automatically in Lucidspark?
No. To see changes made in Airtable reflected in Lucidspark, you need to re-import the records by following the "Import records as Lucid Cards" steps listed above.
Can I edit my cards after importing them from Airtable?
No. To edit a field in a Lucid Card, make the change in Airtable and re-import the records.
Is this integration available in multiple languages?
No. The Lucid Cards integration with Airtable is currently available in English only.
