Install the Lucid Cards for monday.com integration
To install the monday.com integration:
- Go to the Lucid Integration Marketplace.
- Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
- Search “monday.com”.
- Click Start.
- Click Install in the window that appears.
Import items as Lucid Cards
To import monday.com items into Lucidspark as Lucid Cards, follow these steps:
- Click
the More tools icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-side of the canvas.
- Select
the monday.com icon from the menu that appears.
- Click Import monday.com items.
- Choose a workspace from the “Workspace” dropdown.
- Select a board from the “Board” dropdown.
- Enter a search term into the field or leave it blank to return all rows.
- Check the box next to any items you want to import into Lucidspark.
- Click Import # issues at the bottom-right corner.
FAQ
I’m getting an error when linking Lucidspark with monday.com. How do I fix it?
You need to install the Lucid app in monday.com before using the integration in Lucidspark. If you receive a message in monday.com that you are not allowed to install the Lucid app, please contact your monday.com admin and request that they install it for your account.
Will my cards update automatically in Lucidspark?
No. To see changes made in monday.com reflected in Lucidspark, you need to re-import the items by following the "Import items as Lucid Cards" steps listed above.
Can I edit my cards after importing them from monday.com?
No. To edit a field in a Lucid Card, make the change in monday.com and re-import the items.
Is this integration available in multiple languages?
No. The Lucid Cards integration with monday.com is currently available in English only.
