FAQ

Can I visualize anything from ServiceNow in Lucidchart?
No. This integration with ServiceNow only supports visualizing Business Applications and Business Capabilities within the Enterprise Architecture solution.

Why am I getting an OAuth token error?
The ServiceNow integration hits Lucid’s API looking for a list of folders in the Lucid user’s root Lucid directory/folder. If there is none, the integration returns an error claiming there was an issue with the OAuth token. To prevent or resolve this error, follow the steps found in the OAuth 2.0 setup checklist section of this article, including creating a Lucid folder.
