- view or edit access to the inserted Lucid document
Note: If you uninstall a Lucid add-in for a Microsoft product, any inserted Lucid documents will no longer display.
If the Lucid add-ins for Word, PowerPoint, or Excel are not performing as expected, the following basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue in most cases:
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Try connecting to a different network.
-
Uninstall and reinstall the add-in.
- Note: if the add-in has been deployed by your admin you will not be able to uninstall it.
If you have tried the above troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing issues, export the Lucid document as an image and insert the downloaded image into your Word document, PowerPoint presentation slide, or Excel sheet.
