FAQ
What is Streamline?
Streamline is a software company with a massive library of visual assets like icons, illustrations, and emoji. To learn more about Streamline, visit their website at streamlinehq.com.
I’m experiencing performance issues with Streamline. How do I get support?
This integration is developed and supported by Streamline. As such, Streamline is responsible for providing support and fixes when functionality isn’t working as expected. You can browse Streamline’s help center for answers or contact Streamline using their contact support form.
Do I need to create a Streamline account to use their assets in Lucid?
No, you do not need a Streamline account to use the Streamline integration in Lucid. However, as of February 10, 2023 certain features (like changing the color of an asset) are only available to Lucid users with a separate, premium Streamline account.
What data does Streamline collect about me?
Streamline collects data on user actions that happen inside the integration panel, including which Streamline assets you drag onto the canvas and keywords you use to search. Streamline will not collect data on general actions in Lucid, the shapes that are already on the Lucid canvas, or shapes that are added by a method other than using the integration.
When I resize a Streamline asset, it’s blurry and pixelated. How can I fix it?
If you resize a PNG image to be too large, in most cases it will become more and more pixelated. Streamline offers SVG assets—which can be resized without becoming blurry—through their premium plans. To get more help or upgrade to a Streamline paid plan, contact Streamline support.
I already have a paid Lucid account. Why am I getting a paywall when I use Streamline?
Some Streamline features are only available if you have a separate, paid Streamline account. For example, changing the color of an icon is a premium Streamline feature. To get more help or upgrade to a Streamline paid plan, contact Streamline support.
