Integrate Notion with Lucidchart and Lucidspark

Visually represent processes and allow users to interact with your Lucidchart documents and Lucidspark boards within Notion. Read on to learn how to embed Lucid diagrams on Notion pages.

Add a Lucid document to a Notion page

To embed a Lucidchart document or a Lucidspark board to a Notion page, follow these steps:

  1. In a Lucidchart document or Lucidspark board, copy the URL.
  2. Open a Notion page.
  3. Create a block and paste the URL.

If this is the first time you are embedding a Lucidchart document or Lucidspark board, click Connect to Lucidchart or Connect to Lucidspark. Then, click Grant access in the window that pops up.

Your document or board will then appear on your Notion page.

Interact with an embedded diagram

After your diagram is embedded, you can:

  • Scroll and zoom in using your mouse or trackpad.
  • Open with Lucidchart to view and edit your document in Lucidchart.
  • Expand your diagram viewer by selecting the expand icon.
  • Show notes, Show hotspots, and Use WebGL by clicking the gear icon.
  • Navigate between pages by selecting a Page tab or clicking the arrows.
  • View Page Thumbnails by clicking the four-squares icon.

Delete a Lucid diagram from a Notion page

To delete a Lucidchart document or Lucidspark board from a Notion page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Notion page.
  2. Click the block with the embedded Lucid diagram.
  3. Delete the diagram by pressing “Delete” on your keyboard.
