When it’s time to grow your Lucid account, we want the process to be as easy and quick as possible. Read this article to learn how to add more Lucidchart, Lucidspark, Lucidscale, and Lucid Suite licenses anytime directly from the admin panel.

Add licenses

To Lucidchart, Lucidspark, or the Lucid Suite

The account owner and billing admin can add licenses to Lucidchart or Lucidspark individually, or to Lucid Suite which offers access to both products jointly, by following these steps:

Click Admin to open the admin panel.
In the “Overview” tab, locate the Lucid product(s) you want more licenses for.
Select Purchase more licenses.
Click the plus and minus icons to reflect the “New license total”.

Licenses can be purchased in batches. Review current license count and amount of licenses you’re adding to the right-hand side of the new license total count.

Review the “Order summary”.
Select Purchase licenses.

You will see a confirmation that the new licenses have been added to your account from the admin panel Overview page.

To Lucidscale

The account owner and billing admin can add licenses by following these steps:

Click Admin to open the admin panel.
In the “Overview” tab, locate the Lucid product you want more licenses for.
Click Purchase more licenses.
Select how many licenses you want to add from the “Creators” and “Explorers” drop-down menus.
Select Purchase licenses.

You will see a confirmation that the new licenses have been added to your account from the admin panel Overview page.
