The available courses include a combination of core trainings and elective courses. Share the badges you earn to demonstrate your proficiency and communicate your ability to others.
Intro to Lucid Builder Badges
A digital badge is a visual representation of a verified achievement, such as a skill. Lucid Builder Badges are issued, accessed, and displayed online via Credly, our digital badging platform.
Representing your Visual Collaboration skills as a badge gives you a way to share your abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted, and can be easily verified in real time. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your Lucid Builder Badges and what you’re now capable of.
Earn a badge
To earn a Lucid Builder Badge, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Lucid Builder Badges webpage.
- Select the badge you wish to earn.
- Register for the Badge pathway in Lucid Training Labs.
- Complete the courses in the Badge pathway.
Accept a badge
By default, badges are issued to you in a pending state. You can accept your badge in two ways, from the Credly email you will receive upon completion of the course or through your profile under Lucid Training Labs.
Via Credly email
Upon course completion, you receive an email from Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
Via Lucid Training Labs
You can view your earned badges in your “My Profile” in Lucid Training Labs. Click Accept this Badge, which will take you to the Credly platform to create your profile and accept your badge.
First name, last name, and email address are pre-filled for the account sign-up in Credly so that you only need to set your country, password, and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you already have a Credly account with the same email as your Lucid account email address, you need to sign in to accept the new badge.
Credly will open the badge. Students need to click Accept Badge to officially accept the badge.
