The Embed view type offers a flexible way to integrate external content as a dedicated view that is directly accessible from within your airfocus workspaces. This feature enhances collaboration and helps consolidate all your content in one place for easy access and discussion.

Benefits

  • Embed videos, images, documents, and even interactive content directly into your workspace, providing easy access without switching between multiple platforms.
  • Share key media with your team in context. No more hunting through emails or links; everything you need is right there in airfocus.

Note: (smaller) embeds are also supported in docs and the text editor.

Adding an embed view

  1. Open a workspace and click the + in the view dropdown.
  2. Scroll to the Embed section and choose an option. We’ve created some shortcuts for some popular tools.
  3. Enter the URL of the content you'd like to embed. This could be a video from YouTube, a Google Doc, or any other media-supported platform.
