Communicate your plans to get everyone aligned. After you're done prioritizing and roadmapping (from identifying your priorities and making decisions on the item and chart view to defining more effective roadmaps on the board and timeline view) it's now time to share your results. Build consensus across your organization by rallying everyone around your priorities and roadmap.
Use share links
A very effective way to share your airfocus views is by publishing them to a (read-only) URL. When you publish to a URL, you create a shareable link that allows anyone with the link to see your priorities and roadmaps using your current filter set. To share a link, click Share at the top-right of each workspace view.
In the dialogue, you can create new share links and protect them with a password, or manage and revoke existing share links. You can find an iFrame embed link that you can include on any website, and also have the option to include the first level of parent and child items on the link.
Additionally, you can toggle on/off the comments, filters and display options to further customize the view your stakeholders see.
Note: Enterprise admins can restrict the creation of share links. If you don't see the option to create a share link, reach out to one of your airfocus admins.
Export priorities and roadmaps
In the share dialogue, you can also initiate exports for each view by clicking PDF, PNG, or CSV under "Export view".
CSV export If the app you use to open the CSV asks, make sure to use the following settings:
Separator: Comma
Text qualifier: "
Encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
