Workspaces

Items
Basic building blocks in airfocus.
Item types
Can be lots of things: Initiatives, projects, opportunities, epics, features, user stories, or tasks. Update the item type in the Workspace settings.
Views
Visualize items in different configurations, for example on a board or on a timeline.
Fields
Are custom item properties which allow you to display and customize your item data in any way that you wish.
Hierarchy
Enables you to have a parent/child relationship across workspaces and items.
Apps
Solve specific product management problems. Examples are the Priority Ratings and Insights app.
Integrations
Connect third-party tools (e.g. Jira, Slack, or Intercom) with airfocus.
