Get a notification anytime a change is made to a document, set up reminders to regularly review and update a document, and use the notifications feed to get an overview of action items and updates from collaborators. Read this article to learn more.

Get document change notifications

To be notified anytime a change is made to a document, follow these steps:

From "My Documents", hover your cursor over a document.
Select More.
From the menu, click Get Change Notifications.

You will receive email notifications whenever a collaborator on the document makes changes. To stop these notifications, follow the steps above and select Stop Change Notifications.

Set a reminder

Keep documents up to date by setting reminders to review and update them. This can help you to keep your documents current and comply with documentation standards for your industry.

To set a reminder, follow these steps:

From "My Documents", hover your cursor over a document.
Select More.
From the menu, select Set Reminder.
Check the box and enter a number of days in the blank space.
Click OK.

Lucid will send you an email reminder to update your document regularly according to the number of days you’ve chosen. To stop these notifications, follow the steps above and disable the reminder by unchecking the box.

Review the notifications feed

The notifications feed is where you can see all changes that have been made to your documents, including who has shared and updated them.

In the notifications feed, you can:

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the page to view all notifications.
Select a notification to open the corresponding document.
Delete a notification by hovering over the notification and clicking X.
Clear all notifications by selecting Clear All.
Select the gear icon to update notification settings for your account.
